Gary Conrad Selected as IFMA Guest Speaker

The International Facility Managers Association (IFMA) has selected Gary Conrad of Air Masters Corporation to be a guest educational speaker at their 2012 conference. Mr. Conrad will address the topic of “Managing Indoor Air Quality in Commercial Buildings”.
Session Description:
Building Managers and their maintenance staff are charged with operating and maintaining building mechanical systems and protecting the occupants and assets of the building. This presentation increases their understanding of the intricacies and idiosyncrasies of how buildings function and the interrelationships between various facets of a buildings use and life cycle. It is a logical step to combine their current talents with a broadened understanding of the many factors now known to impact thermal and air quality in a building. The end result is a Building Manager and maintenance staff that can maximize the quality of the indoor environment in today’s competitive office space market.
Mr. Conrad is Vice President – Contracting with Air Masters and possess 40 plus years of professional experience in the Design and Construction, service and maintaining of commercial office buildings.
