Project scope included the design and installation of an “Under-Floor Air Distribution” system for the 33,000 sq. ft. office expansion for Enterprise Rent-A-Car built to LEED Certification standards.
The HVAC system is designed to provide comfort for each individual’s cubical providing them the ability to control their own volume of conditioned air at their cubical for optimum comfort.
The HVAC system consists of two 60-ton Trane Intellipac specialized heating and cooling units serving 330 individually volume controlled floor mounted diffusers, 39 under-floor VAV terminal units, 10 perimeter fan terminal units with electric heat and a Direct Digital Control System for coordinated performance and controllability.
